1. How do I place an order?
Ordering is quick and easy. First, you will need to get a valid prescription from your doctor. Once you have this, simply place your order online or call us at 604-275-1085. You will also need to mail us your original prescription. Once we've received all of this, we will process your order and ship it directly to you.
2. How much does it cost to purchase my medications?
When you order from Direct Med Global, we will only charge you for the cost of the medications plus our standard shipping fee of $9.99.

4. How long does shipping typically take?
Once your order is shipped, it typically takes 5-8 business days for delivery.
5. What happens if my package is lost or damaged?
All orders are fully insured against loss or damage. If your order is lost or damaged, we will reship a replacement package to you free of charge. We guarantee your satisfaction.
6. What should I do if I can't find my medication on your website?
You can call or email us and we will see if the product available.
7. Can I cancel my order if it's already been placed?
You can cancel your order so long as it hasn't been shipped yet. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
8. How will you ship my order?
All orders are shipped using Canada Post Express Mail Service.
9. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Visa and MasterCard payments.
10. Do you have a return policy?
Once a medication has left our pharmacy, we cannot return it for any reason. This is in accordance with BC College of Pharmacists bylaws.
